Gratitude Season: 50 Things That Make Me Happy

Gratitude

This is such a great gratitude exercise. It’s my third time doing a “50 Things That Make Me Happy” post. I love writing these lists – it truly feels therapeutic and quickly brings me into a state of gratitude. And most aren’t things at all, but rather, experiences. I recommend creating your own list, just spilling things onto paper and keeping it in a journal or somewhere to look back on. It’s a simple activity that can get you into a happy, high vibrational state. It makes you pause and actually look for things to be thankful for, and that’s always healthy to do. ✨

A Fun Gratitude Exercise…
