Here are the three batches I’ve made so far: 1. Nutty Maple 2. Peanut Butter, 3. Dark Chocolate, Almond & Coconut.
Easy Homemade Granola Recipes
Recipe 1: Nutty Maple
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 3 tablespoons flaxseeds (I used ground flax)
- 1/3 cup coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- A few dashes of cinnamon
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a large bowl, combine all of the above ingredients with the melted coconut oil.
- Toss all ingredients until well combined, then pour out onto a parchment paper covered baking sheet. Spread the mixture out evenly, but not too much (you want some chunky pieces).
- Place in the oven for 14 minutes.
- Once baked, let cool completely before placing in an airtight container.
Recipe 2: Peanut Butter
Ingredients:

- In a large bowl, combine all of the above ingredients with the melted coconut oil.
