How to Make Golden Milk

golden milk

I found my new favorite thing… a hot cup of golden milk, also known as a turmeric latte.

I was looking for a way to add more turmeric to my life for all of its healing benefits, especially while I was fighting a nasty infection on my finger (don’t rip off hang nails). Then I came across an article explaining the benefits of golden milk, and while I was a bit skeptical of how it would taste, I gave it a try and was pleasantly surprised… it wasn’t bad! I added in some raw honey as a natural sweetener and it went from not bad to really good! I now sip a cup pretty regularly as my “night cap” before bed.

The super ingredient in golden milk is turmeric, which gives it the beautiful color and healing properties.

Benefits of Turmeric:

Anti-inflammatory

Antioxidant

Antidepressant

Antibacterial/Antiviral/Anti-fungal

Brain Boosting

Natural Painkiller

Sip on a cup of golden milk to help you relax, unwind, and benefit from the amazing healing properties of turmeric.
